Customer Service Centre

Our Customer Service Centre is based at our Australian head office, and is responsible for consistently high levels of service delivery to our valued customers that are arranging their unforgettable holiday, as well as the conversion of sales.

  • Customer Sales Team

    This specialised team who offers a personal experience for our direct customers to make their holiday dreams become a reality.

  • Retail Reservations Team

    This is the largest team within the CSC and deals with our valued travel agents, ensuring they have all the information and tools to book our exciting destinations around the world.

  • Flight Desk

    This is the go-to team filled with consultants who are passionate about all things Air. They are here to assist the CSC with flight bookings and queries and make sure that the best flight option is always provided.

  • Administration & Documentation Team

    This is the team that is the final quality check to make sure that the personalised documentation is sent to our excited customers to ensure a stress-free holiday.

Worldwide Operations

Our worldwide operations team are based in a variety of exciting destinations that span the globe. No matter where you find them, they are all committed to delivering the holiday experience of a lifetime that APT are renowned for.

  • Tour & Cruise Directors

    Our professional APT Tour and Cruise Directors possess an amazing level of knowledge and offer superior service. With their established reputation as the very best in the business, they are always on hand to ensure the guest experience is unforgettable from start to finish. They have become renowned as a highlight of the APT holiday experience in their own right.

  • Tour Guides

    Our cheerful guides are responsible for introducing to our guests the attractions that only a local person could know about. They provide in-depth commentary and a deeper insight into intriguing cultural monuments and experiences in unique towns, villages and cities.

  • Ground Operations Team

    To ensure the holidays of our valued customers are perfect from start to finish, APT has a dedicated operations team based around the world, with who are able to provide assistance at any time, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

  • Hospitality Staff - Kimberley and the Outback

    We select our hospitality staff for more than just their undeniable skill. Whether pouring that perfect drink, cooking up a gourmet delight, showing guests around Australia's most beautiful regional destinations or sharing stories at the end of the day, our hospitality staff provide the ultimate in first-class service.

  • Head Office

    The APT Australian head office is located within Cheltenham, Victoria, and is the main hub where our dynamic business teams come together to drive our company's continued success, as well as provide a strategic vision for the future.

    • Product

      Our Product team members are the pioneers of delivering exceptional experiences in exciting and challenging destinations that span the globe. They constantly research and develop our product to ensure profitability is delivered to the company and our leading competitive position is maintained.

    • Commercial

      The objective of the Commercial team is to support each Product team and the wider business in all aspects of pricing and yield management. The team's goal is to provide exceptional service to internal and external customers alike whilst positively influencing margin outcomes across the business.

    • Finance

      The finance team has the important responsibility of managing all financial matters, including then planning, organising, auditing, accounting for and controlling our company's finances, as well as the production of our company's financial statements.

    • Sales

      Our energetic Sales division consists of our Inside and On Road teams, who work closely together to achieve sales targets and maximise sales growth on all products within APT, Travelmarvel and other APT Group brands. Sales roles are located throughout Australia and around the world.

    • Marketing

      The marketing team manages APT's advertising, promotions and distribution strategies to increase the awareness and value of the APT and Travelmarvel brands. They are responsible for creating and executing an array of dynamic promotional activities across a variety of media.

    • Creative

      APT has its own in-house design studio, consisting of a team of designers and writers that produce all promotional material across a range of communication channels. Working closely with the product, sales and marketing teams, they ensure our brand is represented at the highest standard.

    • Human Resources

      Our Human Resources team is responsible for the wellbeing of our staff whilst supporting the business units to provide strategic and operational advice on HR matters including workforce planning, culture development, HR delivery and Change management.

    • Information Communication & Technology

      APT's Information Communication and Technology team are ultimately responsible for the processing, transmitting, storing, retrieval and protection of our company's information, as well as the management of all of our communications technology.
